Breathwork
I guide trauma-informed breathwork experiences for individuals, groups, and retreats - creating space for healing, grounding, clarity, and reconnection to your creativity, your truth, and your deeper life force. To me, breathwork is a sacred practice: a way of connecting to God, to ourselves, to life, and to the innate wisdom already living within.
